We tried very hard to work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards. Our system will verify all addresses with VISA, MasterCard and Bankcard. Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order. All fraudulent activities will be reported directly to Merchant Card Fraud Services and the Police.
ORDER STATUS
If you provide your email address, we will send you an email confirmation after you placed your order, which shows the current status of your order. When your order leave our warehouse, we will also email you the tracking number and the package carrier name which you can trace your order at the carriers website. Also you can always login to your account to find out all your order's current status. How do I cancel my order/item?
Grabbing an order out of the order stream can become very difficult and every minute that passes once the order has been submitted makes it even harder. However, if an error has been made and an order needs to be cancelled, please call Customer Service immediately. If the order has already left our warehouse then it cannot be cancelled and you would be responsible for shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee if the order is refused. So please make sure all of your questions are answered before placing your order. Contact us for further assistance.

How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?
To delete an item from your cart, just check the "Remove Products" box next to the products you want to remove and click Update button at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
How do I order multiple quantities of the same item?
- On each product page, use "Add to Cart" button to add the product to your shopping cart.
- In your shopping cart there is a column labeled "Quantity." Type in the number for the quantity you wish to order and press the "Update" button. This will update your quantity and the subtotal for your order.
How do I add different items to my shopping cart?
Find a product you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button. This takes you to your shopping cart page. Click on the "Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of your shopping cart. Find another product you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product description page. Continue this process until you have added all the items you wish to buy in your shopping cart.

When will my credit cards be charged?
Since we don’t think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, The Packaging Shop.com.au will not bill you until your products are actually shipped. We never bill for credit card service fees.
What is the billing address for my credit card?
Your billing address is the address that is listed on your credit card account. It is also the address where your monthly credit card statements are mailed to.

Is GST included in the prices displayed?
Yes. The Packaging Shop is an EverTechnology owned enterprise operating in Queensland, Australia and as such we comply with Australian Tax law as described under "The New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999"
Where do I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?
You will automatically receive a copy of your invoice via email once your order is placed. Official invoice will be mailed after order has been shipped.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We will ship out your order as soon as we confirm your credit card and billing information. If you have an account your order will ship the same day your order is confirmed. Our cut off time is 1:00PM AEST. All orders placed after 1:00PM AEST will be treated as the next business day's order. We do not process order during weekends. All orders that are placed after 1:00pm AEST on Friday and before 1:00pm EST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders. The Packaging Shop.com.au does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours for weekend orders.

When do I get my money back in case of a return?
A refund will typically show up on your credit card account within 24-48 hours of the refund being issued. This amount does not always show up on the next credit card statement you receive, depending on your credit card companies billing cycle. If the refund does not appear on your statement, call your credit card company to verify the amount has been applied to your account.
Yes, we will ship to Post Office Box destinations. We will use Australia Post Standard Mail, and you will pay the actual shipping cost. Please place your order and call us at 07 3353 0333 to check the shipping costs if you wish. Tracking numbers will not be available for orders shipped via Australia Post.
