PAYMENT INFORMATION

Pay Methods

We accept 2 trading methods with The Packaging Shop. For occasional purchases please use the credit card facilities or cash/cheque or direct deposit for your transaction. If you are a regular client of EverTechnology and The Packaging Shop please request and account code and we will send an invoice to you.

For the non-account purchases, we proudly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and BANKCARD. We also accept Cheque or Money Order. For all Money order or Check Order please contact our Customer Service Representative. (A 10 Days Check Clearing Period is applicable for all orders paying with cheques or money orders).

Clients can also use our direct debit facilities to transfer funds direct into out bank account. These details are displayed on the bottom left hand side of the invoice which will be emailed to you once your order is processed.

Billing Terms & Conditions

  1. We verify all the billing information provided by the customer. Please make sure that you are providing us with the correct credit card billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If your shipping address is different from your credit card billing address, please make sure your card issuer has listed this shipping address as an "authorized" address. Otherwise we may hold your order and contact you for confirmation.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.
  3. We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience we may cause.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD

We tried very hard to work with law enforcement authorities to investigate and prosecute the fraudulent use of credit cards. Your IP address will be automatically recorded as part of your order. All fraudulent activities will be reported directly to Merchant Card Fraud Services and the Police..

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We make every effort to ship orders that are received on weekdays by 12:00PM, to ship that same day. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day. The Packaging Shop offers Fastway courier, TNT and Australia Post.

We offer Courier Services starting at $8.00 within the Brisbane metropolitan area, depending on weight and zone. Because couriers charge for their services on a weight per box per zone system, we will make every endeavor to package your order into a minimum number of boxes. Shipping costs will be shown on the invoice. We will only charge you for the freight incurred.

Delivery Attempts

Our couriers will make up to two attempts to deliver your merchandise. If the package is undeliverable after two attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All returned packages will be considered a customer return, a restocking fee might be applied. Please look at return information section below for more detail. All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Leaving Signed Notes

By leaving a signed note giving our couriers permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished The Packaging Shop and our couriers of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.

PO Boxes

Please contact us for detailed shipping rate if you wished to ship to a P.O.Box addresses. If you have the P.O. Box listed in the "ship to" address it will automatically default to the Australia Post service and your order will be on hold until we calculate the shipping price.
The Packaging Shop is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters

RETURN INFORMATION

Products sold by The Packaging Shop are covered under our 14-day money back unless otherwise stated.
All products ordered and not processed/packed in our ordering system can be cancelled (via E-mail) for a full refund (including shipping). If you plan on canceling, please let us know ASAP since we do process orders as soon as we can (in general before 12PM EST). If the order has already been processed/packed, then we will refund your order minus a 15% restocking fee. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. We cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. All orders that are undeliverable/returned (due to bad address or no one to receive the package) will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.

All returns covered under our 14-day Money Back Guarantee are subject to the following condition:

  • All returned merchandise must be send out no later than 14-days from the date the product was shipped out to you.
  • A RA number [Return Authority] must be requested from The Packaging Shop within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive full credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • All returned items must have the RA number boldly and conspicuously displayed on the outside of the shipping container near the shipping label. Packages without a clearly displayed RA number will be refused.
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
  • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products.
  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

Return reason: In the event you received the wrong merchandise

  • In a few cases, we may have shipped you the wrong product by our mistake, different than the actual items you ordered. If that has happened, please call us immediately so we can send a courier to have the incorrect shipment picked up at our expense.
  • No restocking fee, full refund applicable

Return reason: Received the correct product/s but simply not satisfied with the item.

  • 15% restocking fee will apply for refund
  • Shipping cost is not refundable
  • All products must be returned in “sellable” condition in order to receive credit. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging with RA number clearly displayed.

Include a copy of your invoice in your return package along with the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise lost in the mail.
